- Gather the appropriate ingredients, relative to your hair color, as listed below.

- Get a pot and boil tea bags (1 cup of water for every tea bag) and cat nip.
- Let soak for about 10 minutes.
- Strain out and add juice let sit until at room temperature.
- Rinse the solution in your hair after conditioning. When using the solution, use an extra bowl and rinse for a couple of times.

- You can use it as a leave-in conditioner by putting the mixture in a spray bottle. Spray it in your hair and sit in the sun for a bit.
@ Warnings - Beet juice can stain clothing. Be careful when spraying.
- The solution may sting if it gets in your eyes. If it does, rinse your eyes with water.
